History & Horrors: a Boscombe Journey

‘History & Horrors: a Boscombe Journey’ is a guided walk with Hattie Miles. It will take you around the Boscombe precinct area to discover some of its past and hidden secrets. It will also tell you about stories and characters created by famous authors with local connections.

Thursday 10th November starting at 11am.  Meet outside the pop-up Heritage Museum near the entrance to the Sovereign Centre by the pedestrian precinct (opposite Holland & Barrett).

These free walks are part of the Shelley Frankenstein Festival 2016. They last approximately 75 minutes.

Be prepared: the route is mainly flat and is largely within the precinct, Sovereign Centre and Royal Arcade. I would recommend wearing flat, comfortable footwear and dressing appropriately for the weather. There are good bus services to Boscombe Centre and plenty of reasonably priced carparks nearby.
